Rembrandt Award

Patricia Thompson was awarded the Rembrandt Award at the May meeting of the Ridgefield Art Association. The winner is chosen by members of the association and honors the person who has contributed the most to the group during the past year.

Patricia Thompson accepts the award from Barbara AW Wright

Barbara AW Wright, last year’s winner, presented the award after giving a short speech about how receiving the honor has changed her life. She even named it: Remmie.

The statue was created by Tami Main, and is meant to travel through the membership.

The Ridgefield Art Association meets the second Tuesday of the month at Season’s Coffee Shop and welcomes new members. Contact ridgefieldartists@live.com for more information.
